Once you are happy with the plans we can undertake all responsibilities from planning permission, to building regulations and local authority approval.

Once the project details, budget and timescales have been agreed, we will carefully put together a team of housebuilders including highly-skilled bricklayers, roofers, carpenters, electricians painters, and decorators to begin the new build. 

Our creative designer can then help you choose the perfect house interiors to reflect your style and personality. We will be with you every step of the way. Working to ensure that your new luxury property is perfect down to every last detail.


 

When we get the green light, our dedicated team of builders and craftsmen will begin work. The build process brings together modern techniques with the finest materials constructed by skilled craftsmen, who from foundation through to finish, create your new home using construction mastery and attention to detail.

Alongside our housebuilding team, our in-house project management and quality control team monitor every aspect of construction insuring completion on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

Once complete, we will hand over your building certificates and a fifteen-year structural warranty. The certification will guarantee your new build is compliant with the local and national laws and regulations.
