For basements, loft conversions, extensions, renovations, fittings, we will always put together the right team for you.
1. Estimate
Our trained professionals and specialist software means we can provide accurate quotes that break down the details of your project. No stone is left unturned. We’ll explain what is and what is not included in your quote and monitor expenditure throughout the whole process.
2. Design
Using our design software, we can present layout options to help you make decisions about how you best want to utilise your space, make the most from natural light and visualise your room layout.
3. Construction
A Project Manager will put in place a team of reliable tradespeople, organise supplies and keep you up-to-date with each stage of the project. We will do our utmost to make sure mess is kept to a minimum and ensure you are able to use key utilities whilst you remain in your property.
4. Handover
Once a project is complete and all snagging has been tackled, you will receive all certificates and warranties. Of course we will remain responsive and available for any aftercare issues during the liability period.
